Ford recently had its best year-to-date sales growth for the month of November since 2009. The leap is due in large part to Ford’s passenger cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles becoming more popular in Europe, where sales skyrocketed for the first 11 months of the year to reach their highest peak in seven years.
